HESCO maintains a large inventory of items critical to the customer base we serve. We realize that despite the best planning to avoid emergencies they sometimes occur. We are available during normal business hours and after hours to provide support when these situations arise.
During normal business hours customers can contact us at 860-236-6363 and ask for sales support. One of our representatives will then be happy to immediately check our inventory for the product or an equivalent replacement of the item needed. If we do not have it in stock we will contact our level 2 sources and provide information on the earliest possible delivery. If it is in stock we can reserve the item for customer pickup or put it on our next available delivery vehicle.
