The Network Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of industrial and enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will work in a team environment on troubleshooting WAN and LAN issues, implementing and managing projects, evaluating new technology, and creating network policies and procedures.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST: Our new Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of new customers and business relationships that support HESCO’s annual growth goal while maintaining a high level of integrity, professionalism and service excellence as an industry leader and solution provider.  The main focus of this position is to identify, cultivate and serve new and prospective customers and markets. We’re looking for a goal oriented, high achieving highly-motivated sales hunter who has proven sales/customer relations skills (i.e. interpersonal skills, public speaking and presentation abilities, written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, positive attitude, and a service leadership philosophy). This position requires travel in the state of Connecticut up to 75% of the time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: The Customer Service Representative position supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customer and internal organizations. Also is responsible for assisting Sales in reaching revenue goals by obtaining and up-selling orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer’s buying experience.
